The Customer
undertakes to comply with these terms and conditions when
purchasing products and services in Raijanholvi's web shop.

Booking Conditions
These terms apply to the products and services to be booked and purchased.
These are collectively referred to as the "product".

Booking and buying
It is the customer's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the
product descriptions and instructions as well as the terms and
conditions of purchase.
The booking made by the customer is binding when the order / payment
confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer.
The customer pays for the reservation in accordance with the payment
method of their choice, in accordance with the terms of the payment
method.
The booking system will send an order / payment confirmation to the email
address provided by the customer.
Raijanholvi is not responsible for a failed booking. The customer must contact the seller immediately to rectify the situation.
Raijanholvi does not guarantee that the product is still free in this situation.
If the product is not available, the money will be returned or, if
possible, another product will be offered to replace it.

Cancellations and changes
The cancellation date is the day on which Raijanholvi has received the
notice of cancellation.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the cancellation is sent in
time.
If the customer cancels the purchase and has already paid for the
product, the customer must contact the seller immediately for a
successful refund.

Complaints
The product is presented in the product description, which can be found
in the online store. The customer has been informed that the products
may slightly differ from the ones shown in the illustration.
If the customer notices any defects in the product or any other remarks,
the customer must immediately notify the seller.
Any complaints must always be made as soon as the matter arises.
Raijanholvi strives to process the complaint as soon as possible, but within a
maximum of one month.

Terms & Conditions
Formation of the agreement
The binding sales agreement enters into force when the order is confirmed
(order confirmation / payment confirmation).
Order confirmation / Payment confirmation will be sent to the customer by
e-mail.

Cancellation and return of the transaction
The products have a 14-day right of return under the Consumer Protection
Act.
The right of return is valid only if the product is in the same condition
as the original.
Any product packaging must also be salable.
Contact seller for more detailed return instructions.
The right of return does not apply to individual products, restaurant
services or other leisure services agreed upon at a certain time.

Product Warranty
We follow the warranty conditions specified by the manufacturer.

Delivery
Currently only delivered to Finland
Shipping costs include postage and packaging. You can view delivery costs
after selecting the payment and delivery method in the Shopping Cart.
We process orders and ship products once a week. In addition to our
order processing, the delivery time is affected by Posti's delivery
times.
For some of our products, it is possible to choose delivery from several
postal opportunities at different prices:
A small package of € 4.00 is visible for those products that are sent
by post as home delivery.
A postage of € 5.40 applies to larger packages that do not go by post
as a letter package for home delivery.
If one of the products in the Shopping Cart is delivered in a larger
postal package, all products are classified as a larger package,
unless they are paid for in separate deliveries.
For small packets, it is possible to select several parcel shipments at
different prices.
It is the customer's responsibility to choose the cheapest postage
available.
We do not postpone the price difference of the delivery method.

We are currently delivering packages to Finland. If you wish to have the delivery abroad or would like to send a package as a gift to a different address (other than
the address of the payer), please feel free to contact us!


Terms
Raijanholvi uses reliable and secure payment intermediaries in its services.
Raijanholvi does not store bank contact or credit card information at any time.
The customer undertakes to comply with the terms and conditions of the
chosen payment method.

Payment by Raijanholvi invoice
The invoice is for use by private customers, companies and organizations.
The invoice must be paid by the due date indicated on the invoice
If the invoice for the item or product to be booked has not been paid by
the due date, the order will be canceled and the item will be
returned to the store.
Payment is secure, as all information about the payment transaction is
transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no third party can
see the details of the payment transaction.
The transaction is created between the e-commerce customer and the
e-commerce. E-commerce is responsible for all obligations related to
the transaction.
If the payment transaction has not been successfully completed at the
time of ordering, Raijanholvi will not process the order.

General conditions
The prices presented in the online service are subject to VAT.
We sell products to adult individuals as well as corporate customers.
We reserve the right to change our prices.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information they
provide.
Raijanholvi does not disclose registered address information for direct mail,
distance selling and other direct marketing or market and opinion
research.
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Before ordering, the
customers must familiarize themselves with the delivery terms in
force at the time.
